PAYMENT:

You assume full responsibility for payment upon submitting an on line registration. Please complete one registration form per child.

Full payment must be received at the time of registration.
CHEQUES MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF YOUR ON LINE REGISTRATION.

Pro-rated refunds and/or make-up classes are NOT available for days absent or as a result of services not being fully utilized. Private tutoring arrangements may be available under these circumstances. Private tutoring charges will apply.

LATE REGISTRATION:
An additional $50.00 late charge is applicable to registrations made after the session registration close date.

REGISTRATION CHANGES:
Transfers from one session to another or changes from one location to another may be made only upon receipt of written notice via email at info@prepskills.com and are always subject to availability. Changes or transfers must be made at least two weeks prior to the commencement of the course session. A $50.00 administration charge will apply per change.

Should the number of registrations not meet our minimum requirement, PREPSKILLS Inc. reserves the right to cancel any given session and offer a full credit, or transfer to a different session. Registrants will be notified as soon as possible and alternate arrangements will be discussed.

COMPUTEST™ DIAGNOSTIC LOGIN ID (if applicable) will be issued via email once registration fees have been paid in full. Only ONE respondent code ID will be issued.

Resume/Interview/Application Workshop and SSAT Simulation Dates (if applicable) will be assigned to you if registering for the PREPSKILLS® SSAT* Course - class or private session. Changes to these dates are subject to availability. $50.00 service charge will apply.

COURSE CONFIRMATION emails will be sent 1-2 weeks prior to the start of classes. Emails will indicate the assigned location, time and teacher for the course.

PARENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attendance Sheet signing for EACH session is mandatory. Parents MUST sign the attendance form for each class or home tutoring session.
  • We allow a ten-minute grace period following each class, after which late pick-up fees will apply. Late pick-up after the grace period is charged at the rate of $10.00 per participant per 5 minutes. You will be invoiced accordingly. THIS POLICY WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.

MAKE-UP CLASSES are offered only if:

  • We are unable to find a substitute teacher
  • The centre is closed due to inclement weather (we will notify you by phone or email)

NO REFUNDS:

PUBLICITY:
PREPSKILLS Inc. reserves the right to photograph all classes and use the photographs for publicity purposes. If you object to the use of your child’s picture, please notify us in writing when registering.

NSF CHARGES:

  • NSF cheques are subject to a $50.00 charge
  • A certified cheque or cash will be required promptly upon notification

PRIVATE HOME TUTORING:

  • TUTORING MUST BE PRE-PAID. PAYMENT IN FULL must be received PRIOR to the scheduling of tutoring.
  • NO REFUNDS
  • Any tutoring changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance, in writing to info@prepskills.com, and are subject to teacher availability. Pro-rate refunds and/or make-up sessions are NOT available if the lessons are missed.
  • Standard policies regarding missed tutoring sessions, late charges and service charges may be applicable. You will be notified if any additional charges apply.
  • A parent or guardian MUST be present (at home) during the teaching block. Under NO circumstances will the teacher be allowed to tutor your child if a parent/guardian is not home.

PREPSKILLS Inc. reserves the right to stop instruction, if the above terms, policies and conditions are not met.

I assume full responsibility for payment. I have read and acknowledge the PREPSKILLS INC. policy including payment, refunds and make up lessons outlined.

I agree to the terms and conditions set forth by PREPSKILLS Inc.

I recognize and accept that no reputable organization can make any guarantee as the development of skills or the results of future tests.

I hereby release PREPSKILLS INC. or staff and the location from all claims, demands, losses, actions suits or proceeding rising out of the participation of the applicant named in any facility or at any location where the program/tutoring is being held.

I hereby give permission to seek out any medical assistance my child may require while attending the program.
